Blackboard Tip: How to Run a Grade Report

It’s pretty easy to run Blackboard Learn Grade Center reports, and easy to customize to access the specific information you need.

To get a printable, non-database report (just a text list, basically), select Create Report from under the Reports “action menu” in the full grade center.

Once you’ve got the information you need in your report (it’ll open in a new browser tab), hit Ctl + P (on Windows) to print straight from the browser.

If you’d like to export your grade center to Excel, select Download from the Work Offline menu in the upper right of the FGC.

Here’s a video guide to both kinds of basic grade reports.
