Faculty Insights: Good Mentors Make Good Students

Culinary instructor Joellen Zuk knows the value of good mentorship. Her advisers, she says, helped her develop as a manager and as an educator by showing her that both professions require deep understanding of people.

Zuk discusses her career and contributions to MCC as its first full-time hospitality management instructor in this installment of Faculty Insights.

Faculty Insights is a new series about MCC instructors and their advice for others, from the Metro & More team. Check back every Monday morning for more “insightful” posts.
